AI & Operations Audit Start here

Know what to automate first, and what it pays back.

A recorded session of 60 to 90 minutes with a consultant who goes deep on the area you bring. Two working days later, the ranked plan lands in your inbox.

$150 once, in US dollars
  • Credited in full. The whole $150 comes off your first service, so the audit is free the moment you continue.
  • Free with a code. Partners and campaigns hand out codes that make the audit free. Enter yours in the checkout.
  • Front of the queue. Paid audits are scheduled ahead of every other request we receive.
  • Not a sales call. If the best answer is a better process or a cheaper tool, the plan says so.
01 First add-on

RADAR Pro, a year for $97.

RADAR is our own app. You install it, then tell the agent which change signals matter to your business. One report lands every morning.

$240 a year

RADAR Pro, 12 months

Open the app, pick what the agent should watch, then leave it running. Every day it reviews what it finds and sends one report with the moves that matter.

  • A competitor changes a price or launches something
  • A competitor publishes content
  • A regulator moves
  • A supplier updates its terms
The platform price is $25 a month, or $20 a month paid annually. RADAR is not on the App Store yet. What you buy here is twelve months of RADAR Pro, counted from the day the app goes live. If it never ships, this add-on is refunded in full.
  • Twelve months at $25, paid monthly$300
  • Twelve months at $20, paid annually$240
  • Twelve months in this checkout$97

A year of RADAR Pro for $97. That price lives in this checkout and nowhere else. Once your audit is booked, it goes back to $240.

03 The session and the plan

Ninety minutes on how the company actually runs.

We go deep on the area you bring, with the rest of the company in view. Every automation we propose gets one more question: what else does this touch?

How you win clients

Where leads come from and how fast someone answers. Then everything between first contact and signed contract.

How you deliver

Onboarding, hand-offs and the work that repeats every week. We put hours on each step so you can rank them.

How money moves

Quotes, invoices and collections. Plus the numbers nobody trusts, because they live in three different spreadsheets.

What you pay for

Every subscription in one of three columns: keep, cut, missing. Most companies pay for software nobody opens.

Do not automate this: proposal writing. Six a month, each one different. A template and a 20 minute review beat any system here.

What lands in your inbox two working days later

  1. Operational diagnosisWhat works, and what is holding you back.
  2. Stack review: keep, cut, missingEvery tool you pay for, with a verdict next to it.
  3. Process breakdown with hoursEach recurring process, with the hours and the salary cost attached.
  4. Opportunities ranked by returnEach one with the KPI that proves it worked and the areas it touches.
  5. Investment estimateWhat each fix costs to build and how fast it pays back.
  6. What not to automateThe lines that save you money. Sometimes a rule beats software.
04 Terms and fit

What you can count on, and who this is for.

The audit is the first time you work with us, so the terms are the same for everyone. No fine print, no upsell in the session.

A human does the consulting

AI helps us draft. Nothing is auto-generated and sent: a consultant who was in the room reads every line.

The recording is yours

Recording and transcript within 24 hours, so whoever could not join can catch up.

$150 once, through Stripe

Card or bank transfer, receipt by email. No subscription attached to it.

Credited in full, no expiry

Hire anything afterwards and the whole amount comes off the first invoice. Next month or next year.

Front of the queue

Paid audits are scheduled before any other request. Most people get a slot the same week.

No sales pitch

Nothing is sold in the session and nobody chases you afterwards. What you do with the plan is your call.

It is for you if

You run a business with a team and a stack

  • You are a founder or you run operations in a company of 10 to 100 people
  • Your team loses hours every week to work that repeats
  • You pay for several tools and suspect they do not talk to each other
  • You want a ranked plan before you spend on software or people
It is not for you if

You want a tool, not a better company

  • You have already decided what to build and only want a price for it
  • You are pre-revenue or still running the business alone
  • You need a fixed quote today, without anyone looking at how you operate
  • You are collecting free proposals to compare vendors
05 Questions

What people ask before they book.

What if I only want one area automated?

That is the normal case, and how we prefer to work. You bring the area and we go deep on it. The wider look at the company is there to make sure the change does not break something else, like a faster sales follow-up that floods onboarding.

Why do I fill in a form before I see the calendar?

Because the session is 90 minutes, and we would rather not spend the first twenty on what your company does. You answer once and we read it before we meet. The conversation then starts where it matters. Five minutes of your time.

What exactly is RADAR Pro?

Our own app. An AI agent watches the signals you choose, from a competitor moving a price to a regulator publishing a rule. It writes you a daily report, and you decide what it tracks. The platform price is $25 a month, or $240 for a year paid annually. In this checkout, twelve months cost $97. RADAR is not on the App Store yet: your twelve months start the day it goes live, and we refund this add-on if it never ships.

Can I take one add-on and not the other?

Yes. They are two separate boxes, so tick either, both or neither. Whatever you tick is yours to keep, even if you never hire us afterwards.

Where do the discount codes come from?

Partners we work with, campaigns and referrals from clients. A valid code makes the audit free and opens the intake form straight away. Each code belongs to a campaign, so it expires with it.

What if I decide not to continue?

Then you paid $150 for a recorded session, a costed process map and a ranked plan you can hand to any provider or to your own team. Nobody follows up with a pitch, and the credit stays on file with no expiry.

Who should join the session?

The founder, always. Add the people who run the area you want to fix, because they know how the work really gets done. Four people is our maximum.
