Everyone we bring to the table.
A core team that runs every project, a network of business owners we bring in by line of business, and AI agents on staff. Search by name, company, sector or role.
Nobody matches that yet. Clear the filters, or join the network if that person should be you.
Four agents with names, jobs and access.
They run our operations, watch our clients' systems and read the market every day, next to the people who built them.

Founder & Principal Consultant · BraveAutomations · Strategy, operations and applied AI
Hugo saw how a company really works long before he studied one. He grew up around his parents' business and started working in it young, next to the operation. That is where the habit began: watch the process, find what breaks it, rebuild it better.
At 17, in his first year at Siena College in New York, he founded his first company. He graduated in Finance and Economics, Magna Cum Laude. The degree gave him the numbers. Building a company gave him everything the numbers leave out.
Since then he has worked from very different seats: data analysis inside finance, marketing launches, production budgets. Creative roles, operating roles, leadership roles. Each one taught him to look at a business from another angle, which is why he reads one fast today.
Today he is the one who designs. He sets the strategy for BraveAutomations and for the companies that hire it, then the system that carries it. Workflows are the last thing that happens, never the first.
Competitive by nature, he measures everything he builds. He is the lead author of the BraveAutomations articles and of his own LinkedIn posts, where he explains how AI lands inside a company that is already running. The thesis he keeps coming back to: the biggest shift since the industrial revolution is already here, and most owners have not felt it yet.

Operations Lead · BraveAutomations · Operations
Mateo runs delivery. Every project has a plan, a date and one person answering for it.
He came up through operations at service companies growing faster than their processes. The stall was always the same one. Nobody had written down whose turn it was, so the work sat waiting.
That is what he fixed, first with checklists nobody could ignore, later with software. Plans people actually follow beat plans that look good on a slide.
Here he keeps the schedule honest. A client can open the portal on any Tuesday to see what is being built, what comes next and who is waiting on whom.

What he owns here
Once the audit plan is signed, Mateo owns the calendar. He turns it into dated milestones in the portal, assigns each build to an engineer, then holds the weekly review with the client. Scope changes go through him in writing. Nothing on the schedule moves quietly.

Automation Systems Architect · BraveAutomations · Automation and AI
Diego builds the systems. What the audit describes on paper, he turns into something that runs on a Tuesday morning with nobody watching it.
He spent seven years connecting software that was never meant to talk: CRMs, billing tools and spreadsheets that had become databases by accident.
Nothing he writes reaches a live client account on day one. It runs in a sandbox first, with real data and no consequences, until the client has seen it work.
The last thing he delivers is the handover. Diagrams, credentials in the client's own accounts and a document their team can follow without calling us.

JAMES
Chief of operations, AI
JAMES keeps the company moving between human check-ins. It knows what every project needs next, then puts that in front of a person.
Decisions get written down the moment they are made. Nobody on the team has to explain the same thing twice, and no client is asked a question they already answered.
It is also the assistant on this site. Ask what a system costs or where to start, and the answer comes from the same knowledge the team works with.
JAMES proposes. People approve. Nothing reaches a client account without a consultant reading it first.
What it does
JAMES holds the operating picture of the company: which projects are moving, which are stuck and who is waiting on what. It drafts the status updates, prepares the agenda for each client review, then flags anything drifting off schedule. A consultant reads all of it before it goes out.
What it watches
- Project statusContinuous
Reads the state of every active engagement and rewrites the summary when something changes. The next step is visible in the portal without anyone remembering to update it.
- Questions on this siteLive
Answers what the site already explains in public. Anything commercial goes to a person, with the conversation attached.
- Decisions and contextAfter every session
Records what was decided and why, then files it where the team looks first. Six months later that note is the reason a settled question stays settled.
- The other agentsDaily
Collects what RADAR, ORION and ATLAS produced overnight. The team gets one briefing instead of three feeds.
What you get from it
Your project does not stall between meetings. Status in the portal is current when you open it, not when someone finds a spare hour. Ask JAMES anything about how we work, at any hour, with a consultant one click behind it.

"Ask me anything about how BraveAutomations works. I probably wrote the documentation."
JAMESRADAR
Technology intelligence
RADAR reads the technology landscape so the team does not have to. Findings get scored against real client profiles, then most of them get thrown away.
Some weeks the honest answer is that nothing shipped worth changing a plan for. That answer saves more money than the alternative.
Clients get their own version of it. RADAR Pro follows the signals you pick, a competitor moving a price for instance, then sends the daily report you configured yourself.
A consultant still reads what matters before it becomes a recommendation.
What it does
RADAR tracks vendor releases, model launches and the research worth keeping. Each item gets scored for how much it would change what a client should do. Anything above the line reaches the consultant who owns that account. The rest is archived, never forwarded.
What it watches
- Vendor and platform changesDaily
Changelogs, pricing pages and release notes across the tools we build on. A breaking change is worth catching before a live workflow finds it for you.
- AI model releasesDaily
What shipped, what it costs and whether it beats what a client already runs. Most launches change nothing for a 40 person company.
- Competitor signals, per clientYou configure it
RADAR Pro follows the companies you name. Price moves, launches and hiring patterns land in your daily report.
- Research worth keepingWeekly
Sends the findings that survived scoring into ATLAS. They surface again months later, when a similar problem walks in.
What you get from it
RADAR Pro gives you a short daily report on the signals you chose. It arrives at the hour you set, in the format you set, with nothing else attached. Twelve months come with Brave Boost, a $100 add-on at the audit checkout.

RADARORION
Systems and security monitoring
ORION checks the status of the systems it covers and escalates to an engineer when something degrades, so a person can act early.
Coverage comes with Protect or Growth Partner. It starts the day the first system goes live.
The agent fixes nothing by itself. It observes, escalates, then stays out of the way while a person decides what to do.
Most incidents close before anyone writes a support email about them.
What it does
ORION runs checks on workflow executions, server health and the security signals around them. A model layer separates a real incident from normal variation. Only what needs a human gets escalated, with the context an engineer needs to act on it.
What it watches
- Workflow executionsEvery run
Failed runs, retries and jobs finishing slower than they used to. A workflow that quietly stopped firing is the expensive kind of failure.
- Server and service healthPeriodic
CPU, memory and disk across the hosted infrastructure, plus the APIs each system depends on. An expired credential looks exactly like an outage until someone checks.
- Security signalsPeriodic
Login patterns, permission changes and anything touching client data. Access is read only, on every system it covers.
- Cost and volume driftWeekly
Compares real usage against what the system was built to do. A tenfold jump in API calls usually means a loop, not growth.
What you get from it
You get systems that stay up, plus a record of every time they did not. The monthly note says what broke, how long it lasted and what changed so it does not repeat. Nothing gets hidden: every outage ORION sees goes in the log with its time.

ORIONATLAS
Consulting knowledge base
ATLAS remembers every project the company has delivered. When a new problem resembles an old one, it says so before anyone starts from scratch.
The library grows every week with case evidence RADAR scored high enough to keep. Client records go in anonymized, kept separate per account.
It recommends nothing. A consultant does that, with ATLAS open beside them.
The point is simple. Your diagnosis should not depend on which day of the week you booked it.
What it does
ATLAS holds the record of every engagement: what was built, what it cost and what changed afterwards. During an audit the consultant queries it for comparable situations. That is why a plan for a 60 person logistics company arrives with evidence behind it, not a hunch.
What it watches
- Project historyEvery engagement
What we built, how long it took and what happened to the numbers after go-live. Misfires go in too, because those are the entries that save the next client money.
- Research and case evidenceWeekly
Whatever RADAR scored high enough to keep, filed against the industries where it applies. Nothing enters without a source attached.
- Playbooks and standardsContinuous
How we run a discovery, a sandbox test or a handover. When a method improves, the older version stays visible so the reasoning is not lost.
- Client contextPer account
Your history stays in your account, with permissions scoped so nothing crosses between clients. Only the team on your project can query it.
What you get from it
Your audit arrives with comparisons behind it. The consultant can tell you what a similar company tried, what it cost and how fast it paid back. Judgment stays human. ATLAS only makes it better informed.
