Careers & partners Remote, by project

Build real systems with us, one project at a time.

We are a young company, fully remote, with real clients. The full-time seats belong to the founders. Everything else is project work and partnerships, paid per project.

01 How we work with people

The terms, before you spend time applying.

Six things that are true today. They will change as we grow, and this page will change with them.

Remote100 percent remote, from anywhere.

No office and no relocation. You need a reliable connection and enough overlap with the client's working hours.

By projectNobody joins the payroll right now.

The full-time team is complete. Everyone else joins per project and stays in the pool between projects, with no obligation either way.

ConfidentialityAn NDA with every client.

You sign one before you see anything. Client names, data and systems stay inside the project, during and after.

LanguagesEnglish and Spanish.

Both are the working languages. English only works on English-speaking projects. Spanish only is not enough for any opening.

PayPer project, so no salary promise.

Every project has a price agreed before it starts. A simple project for a junior developer usually pays between $500 and $3,000.

GrowthThe pool is where leads come from.

The best people in the pool grow into technical leads with a team of their own. That is the only path into the senior layer.

02 How we are organised

Who talks to whom.

Two sides. Delivery teams are built per project and dissolve when it ships. Departments are permanent and grow as the company does.

Delivery side

One team per project. Built from the pool.

Outside the teamThe clientTalks to the consultant and the project manager. Nobody else.
LeadsConsultantLeads the team and takes the important decisions. Owns the outcome and the client relationship.
Runs the day to dayProject managerWorks with the client's team every day. Keeps scope and expectations aligned, so the consultant can stay on the decisions.
BuildsJuniors, usually technicalBuild, test and document. They never talk to the client, by design.
Departments

Sales, marketing, delivery, consulting. Each one follows the same shape.

Owns the numbersHead of departmentOwns the department's results and decisions. Answers to the founders.
Second in lineSenior managerRuns the department when the head is on a project. First in line for the next head role.
Learns by doingJuniorsDo the work under the senior manager. That is where the next manager comes from.

Technical people do not talk to the client. That protects your focus and the client's experience. If you want to lead the conversation, the path is project manager first, consultant later.

04 We also buy systems

Automate the job instead of doing it.

If you can build a system that does one of these jobs, we may buy it outright or pay you monthly for as long as we use it. We are that kind of company.

  • Instead of a technical operatorA system that triages failed executions and fixes the known cases on its own.
  • Instead of a project managerA system that writes the weekly client status from the tickets, the calendar and the repo.
  • Instead of a setterA system that qualifies inbound leads and books the audit without a human touching it.
  • Instead of a media buyerA system that reads campaign results every morning and proposes the day's changes.
05 Apply

One application for every opening.

Four short steps. A person reads every application, and when there is a match we write back. If you apply to a coming soon opening, you go on the list for when it opens.

  1. 1The opening
  2. 2How to reach you
  3. 3Your work
  4. 4Review and send
Step 1 of 4 The opening

Which opening are you applying for?

One per application. If two fit you, pick the closest and tell us in step 3.

Opening

Your details are used to assess this application and nothing else. Never shared or sold, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Step 2 of 4 How to reach you

Where you are and how you work.

Time zone and languages decide which projects we can match you to.

Only to arrange a call if we move forward.

Which languages do you work in?

Every project needs working English. Spanish adds the Spanish-speaking projects.

Spanish only is not enough for any opening right now. Every client conversation, brief and document runs in English at some point. Come back when your English is at working level: we would like to see you then.

Step 3 of 4 Your work

Show us, do not tell us.

Links beat adjectives. The more we can see, the stronger the application.

Required for technical and consulting openings. A Drive folder, a GitHub, a Loom walkthrough: anything that shows real work.

What you work with

Tick what you have shipped, not what you have watched a video about.

A folder with two or three real calls. Blur names if you need to. Without recordings we cannot assess you.

Which seat?
Step 4 of 4 Review and send

Check your answers, then send.

Nothing is signed or committed by sending this. It is the start of a conversation.

Your details are used to assess this application and are never shared with third parties.

06 Questions

Before you apply.

Is there a salary?

Not right now. The full-time seats belong to the founders. Everyone else is paid per project, per hour or on commission, depending on the opening. Each card above says which.

Will I talk to the client?

Only if you are the consultant or the project manager. Technical people work through them. It keeps the client's experience consistent and keeps you building instead of explaining.

What happens after I apply?

A person reads the application and looks at your work. When it matches a live project or an open seat, we write back and set up a call. Otherwise you stay in the pool, and we come back when something fits.

Can I apply to an opening marked coming soon?

Yes. You go on the list for that opening and we contact you first when it opens. Applying early costs nothing and puts you ahead.

I only speak English. Can I apply?

Yes, for English-speaking projects. Spanish adds the Spanish-speaking market and makes you easier to place, but it is not required. Spanish without working English is not enough for any opening.

Who owns what I build?

The client, from day one. That is a promise we make to every client, and the NDA you sign covers it. You keep your skills, your experience and our reference, not the code.

One more door

Know a company that needs us?

The affiliate program pays 10 percent of the first quote and 5 percent recurring while the client stays. One good introduction is enough.
