Business process automation consulting for companies of 10 to 100 people

We design and build the systems that take repeating work off your team, inside the tools you already pay for. Business process automation consulting that ends in something running, not in a deck.

Who we build systems for

You run a company of 10 to 100 people. Revenue is growing, the week is already full, and the only lever anyone offers you is another hire.

The part holding you back is rarely the market. It is two or three processes that still depend on somebody remembering them. We work the area you bring us, then check what that change touches everywhere else.

A fix in sales should never start a fire in finance. That check is the difference between a system that lasts and a workflow that gets switched off in month two.

What we build

Only two kinds of system earn their place. The ones that sell more of what already works, and the ones that do the same job faster, with fewer errors.

  • Speed to lead. Every enquiry answered in under five minutes, at nine in the morning or at midnight. Answering in five instead of thirty makes a lead 21 times more likely to qualify.
  • Quoting and proposals. A site visit or a discovery call becomes a priced, branded document in minutes.
  • Back office. Invoices, receipts and reconciliation handled without anyone chasing them.
  • Reporting. The numbers that matter arrive every morning, already compared against last month.

These are examples, not a catalog. No two companies run the same way, so no two systems come out the same.

How a system gets built

The Brave Process starts with a diagnosis and ends with something in production. A working version goes into a controlled environment while it is still small, then gets tightened with you. The whole method is in the process section.

Nothing touches real work before it clears a sandbox. How long we iterate before go live is your call, and some clients want the number at 100 percent first.

04 Service

What it costs and how long it takes

Each system carries one fixed price, agreed before any work starts. Scoping happens in the AI and operations audit, which returns a ranked plan in two working days. That fee is credited in full against your first project.

First call to first system live averages four to five weeks. Simple ones ship in a week. A heavy build can run three months, and the plan says which one you are looking at before you commit.

05 Service

When this is not the right service

If the bottleneck is people talking past each other, software will only make the confusion faster. That case starts with process and SOP design. It usually costs less, and the number moves sooner.

We also argue against custom platforms that replace a tool already doing its job. Building your own CRM feels like control and behaves like a second business. If you want it anyway we will quote it, with our recommendation on record.

The third case is a team that will not adopt anything new. Recorded training ships with every build for exactly that reason.

06 Service

What you own when we hand over

The system runs in your own accounts and belongs to you from the day it goes live. Your team receives recorded training plus operating documentation, so every hire after this one learns the same way.

Maintenance is never a condition. Protect exists for companies that would rather someone else watched the platforms underneath, and plenty of clients run everything with their own people.

07 Questions

What people ask before they start.

How long until the first system is live?

Four to five weeks on average from the first call. Simple systems go live in a week, and a complex build can run three months.

What happens if our stack is unusual?

We build inside the tools you already use whenever the platform allows it. When one fights automation, we say so and recommend moving while it is still cheap.

Who owns the system afterwards?

You do, from the day it goes live. Everything runs on your own accounts and infrastructure, documented well enough for another provider to pick it up.

Do we have to sign a maintenance contract?

No. Protect is month to month and always optional. Your team is trained to run what we build, and the documentation ships with it.

What does a typical project cost?

One fixed price per system, set before work starts. The audit is what turns a vague need into that number, with the expected return next to it.

What if our team does not use it?

Adoption is part of the job. Training comes with every build and we stay through the first weeks of real use, fixing what people actually run into.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.

n8n consultants for companies of 10 to 100 people

We work as an n8n consultant and implementation partner for companies of 10 to 100 people. n8n is what we reach for when a system has to hold volume and make decisions, rather than move a record from one app to another.

Service

Start with the audit.

Ninety minutes with a consultant, then a ranked plan in two working days. Whatever it costs comes off your first project.
