Make.com experts for companies of 10 to 100 people

A Make.com expert earns the fee in week one, because the scenario that fails quietly is always the one nobody drew properly. We build automation with Make for companies of 10 to 100 people, inside the tools they already pay for.

What we build with Make

Make is where we go when the system has to stay readable by the people who own the process. A sales lead can open a scenario and understand what it does, which is worth more than it sounds.

  • Lead scoring. Every lead is enriched and scored before it reaches a rep. Qualified meetings per rep go up by 38 percent.
  • Pipeline follow up. Stalled deals get a timely nudge on the channel that buyer actually uses, recovering 22 percent of the revenue that used to go cold.
  • Supplier invoices. Bills are read, checked against the order and approved in Slack, at around $3 each instead of $15.

These show the shape of the work rather than a menu. What we build depends on where your week actually leaks.

Make, n8n or Zapier, and which one suits you

Make sits in the middle, and that is a compliment. It handles branching and loops that Zapier struggles with, without asking your team to think like engineers.

Zapier wins on breadth of connectors and on being handed to somebody non technical. n8n wins when you need custom code, or when the data has to stay on a server you own.

We choose after the audit, never before. The tool is the last decision of a project, not the first.

03 Platform

Migrating from Zapier or from spreadsheets

Most of the Make work we do starts as a rebuild. The trigger is usually a bill that grew with volume, or a process that outgrew a straight line.

We rebuild one scenario at a time and run both until the numbers match. The old one gets switched off on a date you choose.

Spreadsheets are the other starting point. Once a sheet has quietly become the system of record, Make plus a proper database fixes it in a few weeks.

04 Platform

When Make is not the right tool

Three situations, and we name them before the proposal goes out.

  • Very high volume. Make bills by operation. Past a certain point, a platform you host yourself costs less per month than the difference.
  • Data that cannot leave your building. Make is hosted only. When the processing has to happen on your own infrastructure, n8n is the answer.
  • A job your CRM already does. Native workflows inside HubSpot or your helpdesk need no second platform behind them.

None of that makes Make a bad tool. It makes it the wrong tool for one particular job, which is a different sentence.

05 Platform

What a Make project costs and how long it takes

We scope the work first and then give you one fixed price. There is no rate card, because the same scenario costs very different money depending on the state of your data.

The AI and operations audit is the first step. You get a ranked plan in two working days, and the price is on its page. Most first systems go live in four to five weeks.

Your Make subscription stays in your name. We size the tier during scoping, so you are not paying for operations you will never use.

06 Platform

Who maintains it after launch

The scenarios are yours from handover day, documented and with your team trained on them. Plenty of clients take it from there on their own.

If you would rather hand that over, Protect covers monitoring, fixes and connector changes for $350 a month, cancellable any month. It stays optional.

07 Platform

Your data, and where it lives

A Make account sits on a European or a United States zone, and we put clients here on the European one. That single choice answers most of what a European buyer needs to ask.

Beyond the zone, we keep personal data out of any scenario that does not need it. A data processing agreement gets signed before we touch a system, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

08 Questions

What people ask before they start.

Do we need a paid Make plan?

For anything with real volume, yes. The subscription stays in your name and we tell you which tier to buy before you buy it, based on the operations your scenarios will actually use.

Can you fix scenarios we built ourselves?

Yes. We review the account, tell you what is worth keeping and quote the rest. Quite often the answer is fewer scenarios doing more, which also lowers the bill.

How many operations will our system use?

We estimate it during scoping and design to keep it down, because a scenario that filters late burns operations for nothing. The estimate goes in the proposal, so there is no surprise in month two.

What happens when an app changes its connector?

Something breaks, sooner or later. Under Protect we catch it from the monitoring before your team notices. Without it, the documentation we leave says where to look first.

Is Make better than n8n?

It depends on who maintains it. Make is easier to read for a non technical owner, while n8n goes further when you need custom code or your own server. We recommend one after seeing your team.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.

n8n consultants for companies of 10 to 100 people

We work as an n8n consultant and implementation partner for companies of 10 to 100 people. n8n is what we reach for when a system has to hold volume and make decisions, rather than move a record from one app to another.

Ninety minutes with a consultant, then a ranked plan in two working days. Whatever it costs comes off your first project.
