AI training for teams, built around the work they already do

Tools do not change a company. People using them with judgement do. Our AI training for teams runs on your real processes, so nobody leaves the room with a demo they will never repeat.

01 Service

Who the training is for

Companies of 10 to 100 people where the tools are already paid for and barely used. Two people have figured out what the model can do. Everyone else is waiting to be told it is safe.

Adoption is the whole game. A system nobody trusts costs exactly as much as a system nobody built, and it is the most common reason an AI project quietly dies.

What your team can do afterwards

  • Judge when AI belongs in a task. And when a checklist or a second pair of eyes does the job better.
  • Write instructions that hold up. Repeatable prompts tied to a real deliverable, not clever one-offs.
  • Check the output. Spot a confident wrong answer before it reaches a client.
  • Keep company data where it belongs. Clear ground rules on what goes into a model and what never does.

We train on your documents and your cases. Generic examples teach people to nod, not to work differently on Monday.

03 Service

Training by department

Each group gets its own session, because the useful skill is different in each seat.

  • Sales. Research before a call, proposals in your own tone, follow-up that sounds like a person.
  • Marketing. One hour of talking turned into a month of content that still sounds like the brand.
  • Finance and back office. Documents read, classified and reconciled, with the exceptions flagged for a human.
  • Operations and delivery. Project notes, client updates, and the reporting nobody enjoys writing.

Leadership gets a shorter session of its own on where to place the next bet.

04 Service

Format, group size and delivery

Sessions run two to three hours, with groups of eight to fifteen so everyone actually gets their hands on the tool. Everything is recorded, so the next hire watches the same session for free.

Remote by default. On site is possible where we have a consultant near you, and it is worth the trip when a whole company is being trained at once.

The method matches the rest of our work: diagnose before teaching, described in the process section.

05 Service

What it costs

Fixed price once we know how many people are involved and which departments. Training is also included with every system we build, so nobody pays twice for the part that makes the build stick.

If you would rather start on your own, our self serve programs cover the same ground at catalog prices. Consulting is the route when the content has to be built around your processes.

06 Service

When training is not the answer

When the real problem is that the process is broken, a trained team simply reaches the same wall faster. Fix the flow first, then teach it.

One day of enthusiasm changes nothing either. We only take the work when leadership is in the room and something concrete gets shipped during the session.

07 Questions

What people ask before they start.

How many people can attend one session?

Eight to fifteen works best, because everyone gets to try the tool with their own work in front of them. Larger companies are split by department.

Is the training built on our own tools?

Yes. We use your documents, your cases and the accounts your team already opens every morning.

What about the people who resist it?

Resistance is usually fear of looking slow in front of colleagues. We start with a task that person already hates, so the first result is theirs.

Is there material for afterwards?

Every session is recorded, with the prompts and checklists used in it. New hires watch the same session on their first week.

Can training be publicly funded in Spain?

Some public programs cover this kind of training, and the conditions change every year. Ask us and we will tell you where things stand before you count on it.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.
