Growth Partner: fractional operations without the payroll

Fractional operations, technology and AI for companies that want the effect to compound. We keep building as the business changes, report the numbers every month and sit with leadership on what comes next.

What a Growth Partner does every month

One system fixes one bottleneck. A company that keeps growing keeps producing new ones, usually in the department that just got faster.

  • New systems shipped. The next item on the roadmap goes live, then the one after it.
  • Everything running stays healthy. Monitoring and fixes across what we built, included.
  • A monthly report with numbers. What moved, what did not, and what we recommend dropping.
  • A session with leadership. Where the next bet goes, decided with data rather than opinion.

Your team keeps getting trained as the systems change, so the knowledge stays in the building.

02 Service

Who it is for

Companies of 10 to 100 people that have already seen one system work and want the next six. The alternative on the table is usually an operations hire at full cost, plus the months it takes to find one.

It suits a business where volume is climbing faster than the team can absorb it. If you only have one clear bottleneck, a single project is the cheaper answer.

03 Service

The two tracks and what they cost

Both tracks deliver the same work each month. The difference is how long you commit for, and the price moves accordingly.

  • $2,500 a month, six month minimum. The better rate, for companies with a roadmap that clearly runs past the first quarter.
  • $3,500 a month, three month minimum. The shorter commitment, for teams that want to see the first two systems before extending.

This is the only service with a minimum term, because the results compound and three weeks proves nothing. After the minimum, you continue month by month.

04 Service

How the month actually runs

The Brave Process does not change because the engagement is monthly. Something goes into a controlled environment early, gets measured against the baseline we agreed, then gets tightened or dropped. It is described in the process section.

Work starts from a plan you can see, usually the one that came out of the audit. Nothing gets built because it was on a list from March.

05 Service

What stays yours

Everything. The systems run on your accounts, the documentation is written as we go, and your team is trained to operate all of it. Nothing switches off the day the program ends.

We would rather be kept because the next system is worth building than because leaving would break something.

06 Service

When a Growth Partner is the wrong answer

When one project would do. Paying monthly for a company with a single bottleneck is a way of buying attention you do not need.

It is also wrong when nobody inside owns the relationship. Somebody in your leadership has to make decisions with us each month, otherwise the roadmap stalls and the invoice does not.

07 Questions

What people ask before they start.

How is this different from hiring someone?

You get process design, engineering and AI training in one arrangement, without payroll or recruitment time. Nothing depends on a single person staying.

What happens if we want to stop?

After the minimum term you continue month by month and can stop whenever it stops paying for itself. Everything built stays running on your own accounts.

How many systems ship in a month?

Usually one, sometimes two when they share infrastructure with something already live. Cost per system falls as the foundation grows.

Who do we deal with day to day?

A consultant who knows your operation and stays on the account. Specialists join for the parts that need them, without you managing any of that.

What kind of reporting do we get?

A monthly report with the agreed metrics before and after, plus what we recommend next. It arrives before the session with leadership, never during it.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.
