n8n consultants for companies of 10 to 100 people

We work as an n8n consultant and implementation partner for companies of 10 to 100 people. n8n is what we reach for when a system has to hold volume and make decisions, rather than move a record from one app to another.

Platforms we use here
01 Platform

What we build with n8n

n8n earns its place when a system needs branching, retries and jobs that run for hours. The work carries on when an integration has a bad morning, which is the difference between a demo and an operation.

  • Speed to lead. Every enquiry gets a personal reply and a booking link inside five minutes. Answering at five minutes instead of thirty makes a lead 21 times more likely to qualify.
  • Month close. Reconciliation, categorisation and variance notes arrive prepared before your accountant opens the file. The month closes on day five.
  • Invoice chasing. Reminders escalate on email and on WhatsApp until the money lands. Average time to get paid drops by 18 days.

Those are examples, not a catalogue. No two companies get the same build.

02 Platform

Cloud or self hosted, and which one suits you

n8n runs both ways, and the choice is about data rather than money. The hosted version starts faster and the company behind n8n keeps it on European infrastructure.

Self hosted means the workflows live on a server you own. Nothing that passes through them leaves your infrastructure, which is the answer when you handle clinical records, payroll or client files.

Our recommendation: start hosted unless the data says otherwise. Moving a workflow later is an afternoon, not a project.

03 Platform

Migrating from Zapier or Make to n8n

Almost everyone arrives with something already running. We do not rebuild it for sport.

The move pays off when your bill grows with volume instead of with value, when a workflow needs a loop the current tool cannot do, or when the data has to stay in Europe. Outside those cases you are changing a logo.

We migrate one workflow at a time and leave both systems running in parallel for two weeks before the old one is switched off. Nothing goes dark while your team watches.

04 Platform

When n8n is not the right tool

It happens often, and we say it before you pay us. The alternative is handing over a system nobody wants to own.

  • Nobody on your side is technical. n8n rewards a person who can read a failed execution. Without that person, Make or Zapier will serve you better for years.
  • The process has five steps and will keep five. A simple trigger does not need a platform with this much room in it.
  • Your CRM already does it. If HubSpot or your helpdesk runs that workflow natively, taking it outside adds a part that can break.

The platform matters less than the process behind it. You pick the tool after you know what the system has to do.

05 Platform

What an n8n project costs and how long it takes

There is no price per system, because there are no two alike. We close the scope first and then give you one fixed price, so nothing moves after you sign.

The AI and operations audit is the first step. You get a ranked plan in two working days, and the price is on its page. A first system is usually live in four to five weeks, and small ones in one.

Your n8n licence stays in your name, and it is a small line next to the build.

06 Platform

Who maintains it after launch

The system is yours on handover day, documented and with your team trained on it. Most clients run it themselves from there.

When you would rather not, Protect covers monitoring, fixes and version upgrades for $350 a month, cancellable any month. It is an option and never a condition of the build.

07 Platform

Your data, and where it lives

A workflow touches client records, invoices and inboxes, so this gets decided at the start rather than at the end. Self hosted n8n keeps every execution inside infrastructure you control, and the hosted version runs in Europe.

Personal data stays out of any workflow that does not need it. We sign a data processing agreement before touching a system, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

08 Questions

What people ask before they start.

Do we need an n8n developer on the payroll?

No. We build and document the system. Your team is trained before handover. Most companies run it from there without hiring anyone.

Where does the server live if we self host?

On your own cloud account, or on a European provider we set up in your name. You hold the credentials either way, and you can move the whole thing without us.

What happens when n8n releases a new version?

Upgrades get tested on a copy before they touch your live workflows. Under Protect we do that for you. Without it, the runbook we leave tells your team exactly how.

Is n8n cheaper than Zapier?

Usually at volume, because the pricing is not per task. That is a reason to look at it, not a reason to migrate on its own. The build is the bigger number either way.

Can you work on workflows somebody else built?

Yes. We review what is there, tell you what we would keep and quote the rest. Protect also covers systems we did not build.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.

A Make.com expert earns the fee in week one, because the scenario that fails quietly is always the one nobody drew properly. We build automation with Make for companies of 10 to 100 people, inside the tools they already pay for.
