Automation maintenance and support, month to month

Platforms change and systems break. Protect is automation maintenance and support for everything you run, built by us or by somebody else, so nothing stays broken while your team is busy.

Platforms we use here
01 Service

What breaks, and why

Automations rarely fail because they were built badly. They fail because the world underneath them moved.

  • An API changes. A vendor updates a version and one step starts returning nothing.
  • Credentials expire. Somebody rotates a password on Friday afternoon.
  • A person leaves. Their account owned the connection that kept a flow alive.
  • The business changes. A new product, a new price list, and the logic no longer matches reality.

The expensive part is never the fix. It is the two weeks nobody noticed, and the leads that quietly went nowhere during them.

02 Service

What Protect covers for $350 a month

  • Monitoring with alerts. We see the failure before your customer does.
  • Fixes and updates. Broken steps repaired, credentials renewed, versions kept current.
  • Small adjustments. A new field or a changed rule, handled without a quote.
  • The client portal. Documentation and recorded training kept up to date with the system.

One price covers the systems you have running, however many workflows sit behind them. Month to month, cancel in any month.

03 Service

We take over systems built by others

Plenty of companies come to us with automations from a freelancer who is no longer around. We review what exists first, then say clearly what we can support and what needs rebuilding before anyone promises uptime.

That review is honest work, not a sales trick. Sometimes the answer is that three of your six workflows should simply be switched off.

04 Service

What is not covered

New systems are quoted on their own, at a fixed price. Protect keeps what exists healthy, and building the next thing is a different job with a different number.

Redesigning the process behind a system sits outside it too. When the business changes shape, the automation usually has to be rethought rather than patched, so we say that instead of charging a monthly fee to hold a bad flow together.

Platform subscriptions stay in your name and on your card. We work inside your accounts, so you never lose access to your own tools or pay us a margin on somebody else’s license.

05 Service

When you do not need this

Maintenance is never a condition of anything we build. If you have someone technical inside who enjoys this work, hand them the documentation and keep the $350.

Everything we deliver is documented and your team is trained before handover, precisely so this stays a choice. Growth Partner is the other route, and it already includes maintenance of what we built.

06 Service

How to start

If we built your systems, Protect can start on the day of handover. When somebody else built them, we begin with a review of what is running and come back with a straight answer.

Either way the commitment is one month. The AI and operations audit is the right first step only if you also want to know what to build next.

07 Questions

What people ask before they start.

Do you maintain systems you did not build?

Yes, after a review of what is running. We tell you what we can support and what should be rebuilt before we take responsibility for it.

Is maintenance obligatory after a project?

Never. The system is yours from the day of handover, documented and with your team trained to run it. Protect is an option, not a condition.

How fast do you respond when something fails?

Monitoring usually catches the failure before anyone reports it. Critical breaks are worked on the same business day.

Does the price change as we add systems?

The $350 covers what you have running today. When the operation grows a lot, we agree the new figure with you before it applies.

Can we cancel whenever we want?

Yes, it runs month to month. Everything keeps working in your own accounts, and you keep the documentation.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.

n8n consultants for companies of 10 to 100 people

We work as an n8n consultant and implementation partner for companies of 10 to 100 people. n8n is what we reach for when a system has to hold volume and make decisions, rather than move a record from one app to another.

Ninety minutes with a consultant, then a ranked plan in two working days. Whatever it costs comes off your first project.
