An AI automation agency for companies of 10 to 100 people

Hiring an AI automation agency should end with something running in your own accounts. That is the only part we measure ourselves on, and it usually happens four or five weeks after the first call.

What an AI automation agency should actually do

An AI automation agency is judged on one thing: whether the work a person repeats every week stops being their problem. Everything else is presentation.

Our clients have 10 to 100 people. They are not looking for a strategy deck, they are looking for the invoice chasing to happen without anyone chasing it.

So we work the area you bring us, then check what that change touches elsewhere. A fix in sales should never start a fire in finance.

02 Agency

What we build

Administrative, commercial and operational systems, built on top of the tools you already run. The CRM, the ERP and the invoicing tool get connected as they are.

  • Speed to lead. Every enquiry answered in under five minutes. Replying at five instead of thirty makes a lead 21 times more likely to qualify.
  • Back office. Invoices, receipts and reconciliation handled without anyone opening a folder.
  • Support. Routine questions answered in your own voice, with the hard ones escalated to a person.

Email and WhatsApp feed the same flow as the rest. Nobody has to migrate to a new platform for any of it to work.

How we work

The AI and operations audit comes before any build. You get a ranked plan two working days later, and its fee is credited in full against your first project.

Then the build. Four to five weeks on average to the first system in production, with a controlled environment in between so nothing breaks on real work.

Iteration continues with you afterwards, for as long as the first weeks of real use need it. The method is described in the process section.

04 Agency

What you own at the end

The system runs in your own accounts and belongs to you from the day it goes live. Your team gets recorded training plus operating documentation, so the next hire learns the same way.

Retainers are not how this works. Each system carries one fixed price, agreed before anyone starts, and Protect exists only for companies that would rather someone else watched the platforms underneath.

How to choose between agencies

Three questions separate them quickly. Ask who owns the accounts, ask what happens if you stop paying, and ask to see something they built that is still running a year later.

Our answers: you do, everything keeps running, and the case studies are here. We are consultants who build, not a platform selling seats.

06 Questions

What people ask before they start.

Are you an agency or a consultancy?

Both halves, and in that order. We diagnose the process first, then build the system, because software copies whatever logic it finds.

Do you work on a monthly retainer?

Not for builds. Each system has one fixed price agreed up front, and the monthly options for maintenance or ongoing work are always optional.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job and your data rules, mostly OpenAI or Claude. When information cannot leave your infrastructure, the build changes to match.

Can you work with a team outside Spain?

Yes. Projects run remotely in English or Spanish, and the audit call is the same either way.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.

n8n consultants for companies of 10 to 100 people

We work as an n8n consultant and implementation partner for companies of 10 to 100 people. n8n is what we reach for when a system has to hold volume and make decisions, rather than move a record from one app to another.

Agency

Start with the audit.

Ninety minutes with a consultant, then a ranked plan in two working days. Whatever it costs comes off your first project.
