AI automation consulting for companies of 10 to 100 people

AI automation consulting is worth paying for when it ends in a decision you can act on. Ours ends in a ranked plan, and then in the systems that plan asked for.

Platforms we use here
01 Consulting

What the consulting actually covers

AI automation consulting starts by finding where your week leaks. Administrative, commercial and operational work all get looked at, with the area you brought us first in line.

The output is an order of attack, not a survey. Each candidate carries an expected return, so the argument about what to do first stops being a matter of taste.

Where a change in one department would hurt another, the plan says so before anyone builds anything.

02 Consulting

The audit is the first step

Nine in ten clients start at the AI and operations audit. Ninety minutes with a consultant, then the ranked plan two working days later.

Its fee is credited in full against your first project, so the diagnosis costs nothing once you build. Walking away with the plan and doing it yourself is a legitimate outcome too.

What comes back is specific. A named process, the system that would take it over, and the number it should move.

Advice you can act on the same week

Half of what we recommend needs no software at all. A handoff that changes owner, an approval that stops existing, a form that asks two fewer questions.

Those go first when the plan calls for it, because they cost nothing to run afterwards. The deeper version of that work is process and SOP design.

The rest becomes a build. Systems go live four to five weeks after the first call on average, inside the tools you already pay for.

What we recommend against

Custom platforms that replace a tool already doing its job. Building your own CRM feels like control and behaves like a second business.

Agents where a plain automation would do, because the running cost is higher and the failure modes are stranger. And any build on top of a process nobody has agreed on yet.

If you want one of those anyway, we will quote it. Our recommendation goes on record first.

05 Consulting

Consulting that does not stop at the report

A plan nobody executes is an expensive document. We build what we recommend, on your accounts, with one fixed price per system agreed before work starts.

Companies that want the thinking to continue every month use Growth Partner, which works as your operations and AI department. It is an option, never a condition of the build.

06 Questions

What people ask before they start.

Can we buy only the advice?

Yes. The audit ends in a plan you own, and taking it to your own team or another provider is a normal outcome.

How is this different from an agency?

The diagnosis comes first and it can end in a no. We would rather tell you a process is not worth automating than sell you the build.

Do you work with our existing IT provider?

Often, yes. They usually hold the access and the history. Handover documentation is written so they can maintain what we build.

What size company is this for?

Companies of 10 to 100 people, and occasionally smaller ones when the investment pays for itself inside a year.

Something else? Email team@braveautomations.com and a person answers, usually the same day.
